Basic salary RM3000 – RM4500 + Attractive commission package

Job Description 职位描述 :

Handle order process 处理订单流程.

E-commerce platform customers service 负责电商平台的客户服务.

Upload product 上传产品信息.

Sync product to multiple channel 将产品同步至多个销售渠道.

Provide E-commerce platform campaign strategy and set up campaign 提供电商平台的促销策略并设置促销活动.

Work part of a team to meet customer needs and sales goals on a day-to-day basis 作为团队一员,按日完成客户需求及销售目标.

Manage E-Commerce Website Inventory 管理电商网站库存.

Generate Monthly Report 编制每月报告.

Assist to any ad-hoc tasks as required by department 协助部门处理任何临时性任务.

Assist livestream process and manage livestream host 协助直播流程并管理主播.

Requirements 职位要求 :

Min Diploma and above in any relevant industry 至少拥有文凭或以上学历,相关专业优先.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 欢迎应届毕业生申请.

Good in writing Malay, English, Chinese 具备良好的中、英、马来文写作能力.

Good in Microsoft Excel Office and ability to learn and adopt new software where needed 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 和 Office 软件,并能够学习及适应新软件.

Able to communicate with team and work together 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力.

Self-motivated, and complete given task within deadline 自我驱动,能在截止时间内完成任务.

Good Ability in Logical Thinking 拥有良好的逻辑思维能力.

Proactive, highly organized and efficient 积极主动,工作条理清晰,高效.

Detail-oriented 注重细节.
