Marketing Support Executive

Provide support in relation to activities to ensure the business areas have accurate data to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance, governance requirements and support the development and operation of wider projects and business‑as‑usual activity to ensure the wider sales function is operating effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage, develop, implement and deliver the plan via key strategies to aid the overall success of the business.
• Resolve complex queries and errors, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze business performance and results in sales, comparing outcomes with defined metrics.
• Coordinate, plan and implement measures and assist in projects.
• Support the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, acting as a liaison between the field and internal areas on customer issues and maintaining management data in systems.
• Support specific and more complex customer management activities.
• Prepare customer reports and other information for key meetings.
• Investigate research‑analysis around potential business development opportunities.
• Carry out tasks such as the preparation of customer reports to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards.
• Work with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure effective ongoing sales performance.
