Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Simpang Ampat, allowing for some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Representative (AIA) will focus on identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their financial needs and propose appropriate Takaful insurance solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing customized insurance proposals, and achieving sales targets. Regular follow‑ups, participation in marketing campaigns, and active involvement in team meetings are also key aspects of this role.
