Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They ensure the effectiveness and quality of test equipment by maintaining, calibrating, and managing test equipment / fixtures in alignment with TE Penang's standards. Assist in test anomaly analysis and ensure compliance with calibration requirements.

Responsibilities

Testing Equipment & Tool Management (30%)

Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and tools to meet standards.

• Assign identification numbers to all inspection equipment and ensure external calibration when required.
• Develop calibration plans and monitor equipment operational status.

Cross-Section Sample Preparation & Test Analysis (35%)

Analyze test anomalies with engineers and ensure accuracy in test results.

Testing Equipment Safety (5%)

Conduct on-site safety inspections and confirmations of testing equipment.

High-Frequency Fixture Maintenance (30%)

Manage, produce, and maintain high-frequency testing fixtures for production and new product introductions (NPI).
