Job descriptionAfternoon shift : 4 : 00PM - 1 : 00PM No prior experience required for candidate Candidate with willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends (2 days off weekly) Candidate have no issue to work fully on-site in the office located at Cyberjaya Candidate have no issue to start working from 24 June 2025 - 1 July 2025 Handle customer interactions via email and live chat Conduct investigation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Utilize internal tools and platforms to gather information and complete tasks Ability to successfully navigate websites Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data Understands and adheres to workflow directions Maintain predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards Participate in performance improvement and training programs for self-development
Requirements :
- Candidate with minimum SPM level qualification
- Candidate required to have proficient in Mandarin (can speak, read, type) , and average level of English (speak, read, type)
- Candidate with willingness to work on a rotational shifts basis :
Morning shift : 7 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM
