Legal Executive | Up to RM6,000 | Malaysia | SPJ
Job Title : Legal & Compliance Executive
Salary Range : RM4000 – RM6000 (can further negotiate)
Working Hours : 9 am – 6 pm (Mon – Fri)
Working Location : Malaysia (accept work from home, however in the future mostly will need to work at Medini JB)
Job Responsibilities
- Draft company regulations, including articles of association, board meeting rules, continental policies, etc.
- Draft contracts related to company-level matters.
- Review business rules, contracts, and external documents drafted by business departments.
- Develop compliance regulations for the company according to regulatory requirements.
- Review business rules, contracts, etc., from a compliance perspective.
