Responsibilities :

To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
To communicate with users through a series of actions, either face-to- face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
To adhere to MIS compliance processes for IT related request.

Requirements :

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology

Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.

Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.

Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
