We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Processing General Insurance claims, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.
• The ultimate objective is to facilitate a streamlined and accurate claims handling process, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions for a diverse range of non-motor insurance policies in Hong Kong.
