Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospects : research and identify potential clients, including SMEs and large corporations, that can benefit from our invoicing solutions.
  • Lead generation : develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including social media, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client engagement : build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales presentations : prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and closing : negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market research : stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams : work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience : minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with finance / account related terminology.
  • Proficient with applicable software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong aptitude for technical software products.
