E-Commerce Customer Service Executive Admin at System Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd. This role involves supporting shoppers via e-commerce platforms, maintaining customer relationships, and helping customers complete their buyer journey with speed and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Covers all aspects of related e-commerce customer service scope.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
- Answer product and service questions, and suggest information about other products and services to attract potential customers.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate our company policies to customers clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent.Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on product offerings and communications / advertising programs.Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Motivated, energetic, driven work ethic and ability to use positive language.Must be able to work on AFTERNOON & WEEKENDS shift rotation.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Benefits
