Requirements

  • Posses min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any Business related fields
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good communication and written in English
  • 1-2 years experiences is required

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily collection submitted by seller, update cash & cheque collected.
  • Key in OR to system.
  • Identify discrepanies in OR, issue Debit Note (DN) to customer when required.
  • Update AR disputed tracking
  • Extract AR aging report / customer statement from system & email to sales supervisor / manager.
  • Issues CN for PPD & issue DN if cheque returned, update in system.
  • Sign Order
  • Any ad hoc task to support.
