Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely mannerEnsure the petrol station is adequately stockedManage staff and ensure that all employees are properly trainedMonitor financial performance and ensure that all financial and operational goals are metEnsure that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followedAttend to ad-hoc tasks as required by the business or requested by the supervisorMonitoring activities to ensure they adhere to local government requirements and Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) regulations.Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing a petrol stationCandidates with SHELL RC and SOW Training Certificate will have an added advantageExcellent Communication skills and comfortable with numbers and calculationsGood presentation & analytical skillsPossess drive, creativity and initiative; confident, strong interpersonal skillsIndependent and also a team playerFlexible and able to multi-taskPassionate and energetic in cultivating new contacts and aim to excel in competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in marketRemuneration
