QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspection and records of incoming, work in process and finished products quality in accordance to product specifications (Checklist)
• Prepare QC inspection, follow up and report of the rejected or returned defect products (GRN & Defect Reports)
• Document and segregate non-confirming fabricated product & Monitor Customer Complain (NCR & CC)
• Monitor & Ensure Checklist from QC Inspectors are filled in Project Folders and were submitted weekly (Orange Folder)
• Make use of Server, to store both Project Photos & Documentations as per company procedure
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and comply CPSI requirements in the final product inspection
• Ensure incoming product is received and managed appropriately according to company procedure (DO & PO)
• Ensure materials are ready and labelled before delivery, make sure Packing List & Finished Goods Checklist are tallied (FG Checklist)
