Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage our full set of accounts and support our financial health and decision-making processes. This role requires hands‑on experience with accounting software (especially QuickBooks), strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage financial operations.

This role involves managing the full set of accounts and supporting financial health and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Full Set of Accounts

Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records in accordance with local accounting standards.
  • Financial Systems & Software
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks for daily financial operations, data entry, and generating reports.

  • Ensure all transactions are correctly entered and classified.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during annual audits and tax submissions.

  • Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

  • Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight deviations.
  • Record Keeping & Internal Controls
  • Ensure all financial documents are securely filed and easily retrievable.

  • Maintain proper documentation and implement effective internal controls.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Required Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
