Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers with their printing needs, provide product recommendations and answering inquiries..
- Manage online customer orders via email or chat, ensuring timely responses and order fulfillments.
- Verify payments from customer and maintain accurate records of transactions.
2. Google Reviews & Ratings
Politely request customers to leave reviews and ratings on Google Maps to help improve our online presence.Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.3. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the printing team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Provide feedback to improve customer experience and shop operations.Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer literacy (email, social media, and order management systems).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Language : Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Possess good attitude : Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.Ability to work independently with less supervision.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although relevant experience is preferred.
