Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Online Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have passion in delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with experience in related fields will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers with their printing needs, provide product recommendations and answering inquiries..
  • Manage online customer orders via email or chat, ensuring timely responses and order fulfillments.
  • Verify payments from customer and maintain accurate records of transactions.

2. Google Reviews & Ratings

  • Politely request customers to leave reviews and ratings on Google Maps to help improve our online presence.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.

    • 3. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the printing team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and shop operations.

    • Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, social media, and order management systems).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language : Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good attitude : Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with less supervision.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although relevant experience is preferred.
