Responsibilities
- Network Design and Implementation : Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Security and Compliance : Implement security measures and best practices to protect the network from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Network Optimization : Continuously improve network performance, scalability, and efficiency by evaluating and implementing new technologies and solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, IT support, and on ground operations team to resolve network-related issues and support new outlets project requirements.
- Collaboration : Collaborating with the Tech department to enhance systems and improve overall efficiency across the Company.
- Capacity Planning : Assess network capacity requirements and plan for future growth.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain network equipment and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, with Networking as a focus or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a Network Engineer with minimum 2 years experience.Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP / IP, OSPF, SDWAN, STPs, QoS, IPSec etc.).Familiar with setting up & troubleshooting printers, CCTV, Access Control, VoIP, Wireless, Switch, Firewalls, and Server.Experience in setting up network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Zabbix, Wireshark, Iperf etc.) are a plus.Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.CCNA / CCNP or other relevant certifications are a plus.Excellent technical & non-technical communication skills.A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Seniority level
