Golf Attendant

Key Roles :

To collect Starter's copy from golfers, verify entry and issue scorecard / pencil to players. Tee-off players from starting tee-boxes as per SOP.

To ensure Caddy's attire and equipment's are in order prior to entering course.

To record golfer's particulars tee-off / crossover time on Starter sheet. Ensure all tee-offs / crossover are as per registered tee-time & from correct tee- box / course.

To report all incidents to Supervisor immediately. Ensure that Incident Report is duly filled by effected parties and submit to Golf office promptly for further action.

To ensure golfers' attire as per approved dress code. Ensure compliance to course Etiquette & Club policies.

Ensure daily golf bag operations run smoothly.

Assist in the golf tournament operations.

Caddy management.

Assist in shuttle service.

To control movement of flights / buggies from Buggy Park to starting Tee-box 10 minutes before registered tee-time on weekends / tournaments.

Requirements : Shift work schedules

Flexibility to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by operations

Good communication and interpersonal skill.
