Overview

VIGOPRRISE SDN. BHD. is the Malaysian arm of Imoo , a leading smart wearable brand from China specializing in kids’ smart watches. We are expanding our e-commerce presence and local operations in Malaysia through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Join us to be part of a growing, innovative team connecting families through smart technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Execute product listings, pricing, page optimization, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales data, traffic, conversion rate, and return rate to improve performance.
  • Assist in planning and running advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management and HQ.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media.
  • Process orders, after-sales issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Support the development of FAQs and service guidelines to improve response quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in e-commerce may also be considered).
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations and online marketing basics.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage to liaise with HQ in China.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
  • Customer-focused, positive attitude, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
