Product Manager (IT Enterprise)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Marketing / Business related fields or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as product manager in network / network security.
• Multi-lingual is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the products managed, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. This includes focusing and being familiar with the trends on emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation, cloud networking, security convergence (e.g., SASE), and network infrastructure.

Product Management : Manage project and vendor pipeline forecast to ensure business objective achieved. Manage product management, inventory, delivery and Go-To-Market execution.

Customer and Market Insight : Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand industry trends, and translate these insights into actionable solutions that can be provided to clients to grow market share.

Relationship Management : Establish relationship with key technology partners and bring joint solutions to the market. Business growth and manage direct end user through partner channel. Initiate market visit and maintain strong engagement with principal, partners, resellers and end users to increase business opportunity.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth process flow internally to optimize client satisfaction and engagement.

Analysis & Evaluation : Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

Communication : Clearly articulate complex technical concepts and product strategies to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Expertise : Possess working technical knowledge in IT enterprise networking and security technologies such as WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, routing, switching is advantageous.
