Job descriptionServe smiles and a mouthwatering mix of fusion eats from Hokkaido Table — blending Japanese and Italian flavors to keep our guests fueled and happy Deliver awesome customer service that turns a regular dining & movie day into a memorable experience Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet Follow Standard Operating Procedures to keep things running smoothly Support your team with any other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work Minimum SPM or equivalent Possess experience in the hospitality industry, including F&B restaurants, established restaurant franchise, casual fine dining, etc. Speaks English well; Bahasa Malaysia confidently is a must. Speaks Chinese or other languages is an added advantage Experience in fine dining restaurants is an added advantage Preferably experienced in cash handling procedures Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage
