Why this role?

In KONE to support business performance excellence, KONE Shared Services has joined forces with Finance & HR operations to form the new KONE Business Services (KBS), a one-stop shop

for all business services. KBS will help drive better efficiency, improve data quality, and provide seamless end-to-end process expertise. KBS will actively partner with the business lines and

functions to provide end-to-end process governance and work toward joint targets with the business.

This role focuses primarily on blue-collar positions and extending support to engineer and manager-level searches. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening candidates, organizing

interviews, and following up on results. Additionally, the role encompasses talent pipelining, reference checks, and participation in recruitment events. Upholding organizational policies

and collaborating with HR teams and business stakeholders are key components, along with monitoring workforce trends for strategic recruitment alignment.

What will you be doing?

Sourcing candidates, creating a talent pool, mapping candidates mainly for technician positions through different sourcing channels.

Supporting recruitment activities across Australia, and New Zealand, in coordination with local Talent Acquisition teams and Southeast Asia when required.

Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.

Scope covers mostly blue-collar recruitment and will support engineer, and manager level searches when required.

Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the KONE culture and strategy.

Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments.

Work on proactive talent pipelining projects.

Run reference checks when needed.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Might manage the recruitment process end-to-end when required.

Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services for the organization.

Monitor the business environment and seek information on workforce trends on an ongoing basis to discuss further recommendations together with the HR CoE team.

Are you the one?

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in an RPO or recruitment agency environment.

Proven expertise in talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and headhunting, with a focus on blue-collar, engineering, and managerial roles.

Ability to engage, attract, and build pipelines of top talent.

Strong relationship management skills with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.

Familiarity with various HR processes, with a special focus on recruitment and sourcing.

Experience in shared services, HR operations, or recruitment agencies is an advantage.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
