Overview

As a Marketing Assistant Manager at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts. This full‑time position, based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, involves developing and executing a wide range of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.
Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Creating and managing marketing content, such as website updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a marketing or product management role, preferably in the Manufacturing / Semi‑Conductor Industry.

Flexible to travel as requested.

Fluent written and spoken proficiency is a MUST in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia .

Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Proficient in using Digital Marketing Tools and Analytics Software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems .

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing .

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions and customer needs.
