Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning, negotiation, and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment. Working days : 6 days in a week. Job Description
- Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competency of sales representatives.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet company objectives as well as other goals.
- Analyze market movement and prepare detailed report to provide insight to better marketing opportunity.
- Deliver excellent service including dealing with customer queries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with different departments in planning and execution of in-store events.
- Monitor and maintain store operation closely to drive operation excellence.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
