Job Responsibilities : 1. Electrical System Design & Development Design electrical control systems for automation equipment and production lines; create circuit diagrams using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools. Design layouts and wiring structures of electrical control cabinets, and select electrical components (circuit breakers, contactors, sensors, relays, terminal blocks, etc.). Configure servo drives and inverters, and perform motor control parameter tuning and optimization. 2. PLC / HMI / SCADA System Development Program and debug PLC systems (Ladder Logic, ST, SCL, etc.) to implement machine and process logic control functions. Develop and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems such as WinCC, Ignition, KingView, etc. Continuously optimize program structure and control logic to improve system reliability and response time. Participate in the installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance of automation equipment and production lines. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical / automation system faults during equipment operation. Provide technical support and training, assisting production and operations teams in mastering equipment operation and maintenance procedures. 3. Technical Documentation & Standardization Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and operation / maintenance manuals. Ensure designs and implementations comply with industry standards (IEC, GB, etc.) and internal company standards. Promote modular and standardized design of electrical / automation systems to improve project reusability. 4. Continuous Improvement & Technology Development Keep up to date with automation, control systems, and emerging industrial technologies, and propose feasible technical optimization solutions. Participate in equipment upgrade and modification projects, including solution evaluation and implementation, to enhance equipment performance and stability.
