Engineer Complaint Management

Job Description

In your new role you will :

• To perform the role of customer complaint management and reporting of customer complaint cases
• Required to perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR)
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
• Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues
• Present ideas, concepts, data and plan with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings
