Job description
  • Manage end-to-end release planning and execution for Salesforce core updates and project deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams - developers, QA, product owners, and partners - to ensure smooth releases.
  • Maintain release calendars aligned with Salesforce cycles and internal projects.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement of release processes, tools, and documentation.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Release Manager should have :

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
    • 3+ years experience as a Release Manager in Salesforce environments.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, release cycles, sandbox management.
    • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
