This role requires a highly analytical, customer‑focused professional with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to Ascertain Technologies’ position as a leading digital payment and technology solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in Fintech and technology sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs while balancing company objectives and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Leverage knowledge of Fintech products and payment solutions to position Ascertain Technologies competitively in the market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach while ensuring company interests are protected in commercial discussions.
- Provide consultative insights to clients, helping them adopt innovative digital solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across products and services.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Contribute to sales strategy planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
- Share best practices and mentor junior sales colleagues where needed.
Criteria
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Fintech or digital payments industry.Strong understanding of Fintech products, IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation trends.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage enterprise‑level accounts.Mature, independent, and target‑driven, with strong business acumen.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights for decision‑making.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Customer‑focused approach with the ability to balance client needs and company goals.Established network in Fintech, banking, or technology sectors will be an added advantage.Education
