We are expanding our team and looking for a Deployment and Support Specialist who will play a key role in implementing and supporting our solutions at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Customer Support : Provide timely online and onsite support to hospital and nursing home clients.
- Project Implementation : Coordinate with contractors for site wiring, installation, and setup of system components.
- Hardware & Software Preparation : Configure servers, sensors, and network devices prior to deployment.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment system testing to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, network, and software.
- Documentation : Maintain project and support records for tracking and reporting purposes.
