Responsibilities
- Estimate the required materials, equipment, and labor for production.
 - Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays.
 - Coordinate production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability.
 - Recommend effective solutions to reduce costs, improve processes, and enhance product quality.
 - Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
 - Compile and submit status and performance reports to management in a timely manner.
 - Inform relevant departments promptly of any changes to production schedules.
 - Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in these areas.
 - Maintain good housekeeping practices (5S) and promote effective teamwork.
 - Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
