Responsibilities
Audit Confirmation : process the request submitted by engagement team; check letters are in order; follow up with audit team on insufficient information; update tracking list for eAudit / KPMG Clara; chase confirmation reply from third party to meet deadlines.Auditing Dormant Entities : carry out audit procedures for Dormant Entities; document and perform audit working papers; obtain sufficient audit evidence; review draft financial statements and draft audit reports.Reviewing draft tax computations prepared by clients : compare draft tax computations with previous year’s finalized tax filing documents and current year’s audited accounts; ascertain reasonableness of figures; raise comments to engagement teams on any findings.Audit Inventory Count : assist audit engagement teams in inventory count; prepare working papers for inventory count.Statutory Audit : assist team member to company secretary office to extract minutes, director circular resolutions and relevant forms for client’s current year activities; do cross‑referencing in audit working paper.Other audit procedures : perform procedures related to business processes such as Sales, Purchases, Payroll, Property, Plant and Equipment, Treasury and other material non‑significant accounts.Other general admin or audit workRequirements
STPM Holders, Diploma, Advance Diploma in Accounting with a minimum CGPA of 3.50ACCA or CAT with a minimum completion of 9 / 13 papersSPM or equivalent with a minimum 5As (compulsory English & Mathematics)Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skillsAble to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and to travel outstation for field work purposes.Malaysian candidate(s) only.Closing Date : Dec. 31, 2025
