About The Role

Bybit is looking for a

Lead Product Designer

to lead innovative design initiatives across our crypto trading platform. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping product experiences that are cutting-edge, intuitive, and globally competitive.

Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end product design process – from strategy and concept to execution.
• Drive creative, trend-driven design direction with a strong sense of aesthetics and foresight.
• Conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable product and design solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact design work with high efficiency and execution speed.
• Lead design retrospectives and help develop scalable methodologies for the team.
• Stay on top of Web3, blockchain, and digital asset trends to keep our product ahead of the curve.

Qualifications :

Mandarin and English is required.
