Job Description
- Managing a team of 5 controllers based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore
- In charge of budget and cost control , monthly closing and reporting of the entities in South East
Asia ( 6 countries) in a timely manner
Finance partner of the CEO of South- East Asia and of country directorsDealing with different activities : projects,services, engineering platformFinancial checks of new partners, support to the preparation of offers for finance and tax topicsAccounting is out of scope , performed by an internal accounting shared service centreBusiness partner, strong and essential interactions with operationsReports hierarchically to the CFO of the region Asia Pacific and functionally to the CEO of South-East Asia
Qualifications
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / FinanceFluent in English, spoken and writtenstrong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationshipsexcellent communication and presentation skillsNatural leadershipExperimented in management of teamsAnalytical approach to work, accurate and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesMethodic, able to produce relevant KPIs, to work closely with operations managersBusiness awarenessSensibilized to compliance and internal control requirementsSound technical skills, at ease with IFRS rules , project accounting, engineering activitiesStrongly motivated by business understanding , business support & international environmentConcerned by environment challenges, H&S and CSR topics.Experience
Minimum 12 years of working experience , preferably in engineering or construction companiesAccountingBudget and cost controlTeam managementinternational experience -ability to deal with different countries / cultures / taxes ..Experience in large ERP (SAP / JDE or equivalent)Office pack, Google suiteAdditional Information
