Job descriptionProven experience as a Site Supervisor, or similar role Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably having prior experience in infrastructure works and JPS related project(s) Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety guidelines Excellent leadership and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance
Job Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Create and manage daily work schedules, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain site records and report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management or clients.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment; ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Assist with cost control and ensure work is completed within the allocated budget.
