Job Summary :

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Supermicro Global Service network by managing service inventory for parts globally. The candidate is expected to determine and ensure that the right parts / equipment is delivered to the right locations, monitor and manage the stock levels and flow of goods, warehousing, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) :

• Demonstrate full compliance with incoterms through professional knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Effectively manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide accurate quotation to sales team.
• Monitoring shipping schedule while ensuring the safety & security of all shipments.
• Ensure billing accuracy and correctness by collaborating closely with the account department.
• Determine the right parts and appropriate stock level based on the equipment configurations and guidelines.
• Generate and file inventory reports both on periodic and on demand basis.
• Keep internal database up to date for service inventory management.
• Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily service expectations.
