Requirements

  • Responsible and discipline to work
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
  • Quick thinker and creative problem-solver.
  • SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and explain basic information to the customer
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products
  • Assist in general office administration work as and when required
  • Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, Messaging.
