Minimum 2 year performing as Assistant Outlet Manager / F&B Duty Manager / Outlet Manager. Courteous with refined skills in customer relations with the ability to communicate to all VIP guests or club members. Knowledge in food & beverage, butler / personalized services, function and event management is preferred. Computer literate and skills in report writing and analyzing of data. Excellent command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
