Create high-quality visual assets across digital and offline channels (social media, campaigns, events, sponsorships, website, app, presentations, etc.).
Maintain and evolve KuCoin’s visual identity system to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with creative visual materials (banners, key visuals, event backdrops, merch, etc.).
- Translate marketing messages into impactful visuals that engage different audiences globally.
- Work closely with the Social Media, PR, Product Marketing, and Events teams to deliver visual content aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors on design deliverables.
- Propose fresh visual ideas that differentiate KuCoin in the competitive crypto exchange landscape.
- Explore new design formats (motion graphics, video assets, interactive visuals) to increase brand engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Visual / Graphic Designer (crypto, fintech, or tech industry experience is a plus).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma / Sketch.Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in brand identity, campaign design, and digital / print production.Knowledge of visual storytelling for social media, online advertising, and event branding.Data-driven mindset : ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimize visual output.Strong communication skills, with fluency in English ; Mandarin / Cantonese a plus.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.KuCoin is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
