Our sales and marketing team partner with oil and gas industry leaders in a consultative manner to understand a client’s objectives and expertly suggest ways to meet those objectives. THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work on assigned projects and events performing end-to-end planning and execution of full spectrum marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, copy / content writing for various personalised messaging and channels, social media management, digital marketing, and analytics / reporting. Additionally, this role encompasses project marketing and management responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of project marketing from inception to completion. This position reports to the Marketing Manager, APAC and will play a critical role in driving the success of marketing initiatives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE IN THIS ROLE

  • Develop comprehensive, UX-focused, and engaging marketing plans across different promotional platforms and channels with the support of the Marketing Manager
  • Content-driven marketing : Identify, personalise, reuse, write and proof engaging content in various channels including emails, website content, brochures and social media.
  • Digital marketing : Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO / SEM optimisation, PPC advertising and social media advertising.
  • Campaign analytics : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of implemented activities, recommending and implementing tactical changes, and driving actionable insights based on campaigns performance.
  • Manage and work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Your Skills And Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B / B2C marketing experience encompassing traditional and digital marketing, preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience managing / developing social media campaigns
  • Up to date with the latest marketing trends
  • Digitally savvy with strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics across various platforms
  • Adept at using multiple software and systems to deliver on marketing KPIs
  • Knowledge in Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Experience in event marketing is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language is compulsory; written and spoken ability in a second language in either Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
