Job Description We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer cum Editor to join our team at The Lit Social. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content and transforming it into polished, engaging videos that tell our clients' stories. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, combined with great editing skills to bring content to life. Responsibilities -Capture high-quality video content using professional cameras and mobile devices (e.g., iPhone). -Familiar with both simple and advanced shooting skills.  -Execute video and photoshoots for social media content, brand campaigns, and marketing materials. -Edit footage to create engaging and shareable content for multiple social media platforms. -Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the content team. -Apply color grading, sound design, and special effects to enhance video quality. -Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and marketing objectives. -Stay current with video trends across social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, XHS). -Organize and maintain video footage libraries. • Must be based in Penang -2+ years of experience in videography and video editing -Possess own vehicle for transportation -Understanding of content creation for social media -Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin -Proficiency with professional camera equipment and lighting setups -Basic knowledge of video editing software (Capcut) -Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and editing skills -Excellent visual storytelling abilities and creative mindset -Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team -Adaptable to changing project requirements and client feedback
