Qualifications & experience
- STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
- At least 2 years experience in F&B line
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends, morning, mid and night shifts
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and proceduresComply with all health and safety regulationsAssure the ordering and purchasing of supplies as neededBenefits
