Overview
A leading AI-driven company is hiring Malay-language analysts to enhance and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs). They seek candidates with strong analytical skills and excellent Malay comprehension to read, summarize, and validate large content. This role enables contribution to the development of cutting-edge AI models and the future of AI-driven analytics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Malay Analyst, you will analyze content and create scenarios that improve LLM models. You will provide accurate answers and detailed explanations in Malay to help the models learn and improve. Examples of tasks include :
- Example 1 : Answer questions with consideration of definitions and context (e.g., determining the "best" in a given scenario).
- Example 2 : Solve logical problems involving narration, conditions, and sequence of events to determine outcomes.
Requirements
Malay Proficiency : Excellent reading and writing comprehension in Malay.Analytical Skills : Strong research and analytical abilities.Feedback Skills : Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.Creative Thinking : Ability to think creatively and laterally.Independence : Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.Commitment : Flexible schedule with a required 4-hour overlap with PST / PT.Technical Setup : Desktop / Laptop with a reliable internet connection.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.Experience in writing, editing, translation, analysis, or research is a plus.Proficiency in Malay is required.Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is a plus.Why This Opportunity Stands Out
