Responsibilities
Identify potential leads and successfully convert them into opportunities.
Manage and support existing and new customers within the assigned territory, whether Central or other designated markets, focusing on Commercial and Industrial clients.
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries by providing accurate information about the company's products and services.
Provide tailored solutions and quotations to potential customers based on their specific requirements.
Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies and plans to meet individual sales targets.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to sales and customer relations while safeguarding the company's interests.
Collaborate with the Design and Project teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to meet customer needs effectively.
Maintain close monitoring of account receivables.
Act as a representative to promote our products and services to the external community.
Requirements
At least Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing or any equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in the Solar Energy industry is an added advantage.
Results-oriented with a sales-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel and have own transportation.
Proficiency in Mandarin both speaking and writing is an added advantage.
