Conveyancing Clerk

Responsibilities

Handle and assist Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentation process

Liaise with Banks, Government Authorities and Land Office on conveyancing matters

Provide updates on case status

Providing administrative support to the lawyer as needed

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk (sub-sale experience preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files independently

Basic familiarity with Bank & Land Office relevant systems related to property transactions

Multilingual (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage)
