What is your mission?
Responsible for managing the reporting applications, functional and technical development, projects and support activities
Act as business liaison, cultivating strong relationships, relying on experience to develop strategic roadmap and bring value added solutions to emerging requirements within time and other parameters
Lead the directive in analysis, design, modeling, testing and implementation activities by providing guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for all reporting
Provide operational support for day to day processing and focal point for questions related to reporting systems and integration points
Understands business service requests and translates them into clear and actionable reporting directives
Conduct Periodic Evaluation of Performance of your Team Members – assess competencies, celebrate wins, train / re-train and provide corrective actions whenever applicable
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in analyzing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualization formats
Ability to manage various stakeholders, business improvements and analytics.
Ability to work as a team player. You should be able to work under pressure and tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skills.
Experience in driving analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
Experience in BPO and Customer Experience Analytics will be added advantage
