Requirements

Basic requirements :

  • Achieve at least SPM education
  • Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or in a related role, preferably with experience in the beauty industry or on TikTok.
  • Language required : Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, including ingredients, application techniques, and benefits.
  • Excellent on-camera presence with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts, maintaining engaging viewer interactions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing compelling beauty content.
  • Familiarity with TikTok’s features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in the beauty industry.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Previous experience working with beauty brands or influencers.

    • Responsibilities

  • Host and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok featuring beauty products, ensuring high viewer engagement and interaction.
  • Create and present engaging beauty content, including product demonstrations, makeup tutorials, skincare routines, and more.
  • Respond to live chat comments and questions in real-time, providingprofessional product information and beauty advice.
  • Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute creative live streaming concepts and promotional events.
  • Analyze live stream performance and viewer feedback to continuously refine and enhance content strategies.
  • Stay updated with TikTok’s latest features, trends, and best practices to maximize live streaming effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with viewers, encouraging interaction and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
