Job description
  • Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre / post purchase) 提供顾客产品培训,讲解新品资讯
  • Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation 协助解决顾客对产品使用的疑问
  • Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product. 协助推广门店产品给目标客户群
  • Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap. 参与及协助门店举办的座谈会
  • Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers 整理客户培训报告、数据,汇报上级
  • Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication. 与顾客有良好的交流提供正确的使用心得
  • Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards company's objective. 协助店长与培训师处理店面业务工作

    • Requirements

    • At least SPM certification
    • 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Experience in other related industries are welcome
    • Excellence verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin
    • Friendly and engaging personality
    • Out-going, energetic and able to work with public
    • Detailed oriented
    • Basic Microsoft Office Skill

      • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : RM2, RM4,500.00 per month

    • Retail : 1 year (Preferred)
