Document Controller / Draftsperson

In line with our continuous growth and our current business expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to work together with our highly experienced team. Currently, we have a vacancy for a Document Controller / Draftsperson to be based at our head office at Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good documentation on drawing and document filing system for the projects.
• Liaise with designer, production and project team members and ensure excellent communication between all parties.
• Handle documents or reports including registration, scanning and data entry.
• Ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with required specifications, quality, safety standards and effect the optimum speed of construction.
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD (e.g., mould, casting yard layout, falsework) and liaise with project leader and designer.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by management.

About the Company

We are a young energetic company providing specialist precast concrete construction work for both infrastructure and building projects. Our core expertise lies in the design and build solution for precast concrete construction works. We have successfully implemented the SPB System for many precast concrete building construction projects, which is one of the more successful and accepted Industrialised Building Systems (IBS) in the market. We also have experience in the design of production facilities and the production of precast concrete segmental box girder (SBG) for bridge construction.
