Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Aggressive, sales minded, and good communication skill are required.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customer to understand their needs & requirement and arrange appointment.
  • Present and demonstrate our software to potential and existing customer, highlighting the key features & benefits which will solve their problem.
  • Promote and sell our software to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on product pricing, features, and functionality.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records of lead status and call log.
  • Generate monthly sales reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
