Overview

Senior Manager – Technical Accounting & External Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Technical Accounting & External Reporting Consultant to join our team on a contract basis, supporting a large technology firm. This role will lead the preparation of our Form 20-F filing and provide subject matter expertise in complex accounting areas, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and business insight.

Key Requirements

• Form 20-F Preparation : Lead and coordinate the FY25 20-F process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US SEC, IFRS / US GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Accounting Support : Provide expert guidance on complex accounting areas, including :
• Revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
• Compensation and bonus-related accruals
• Research & Development capitalization
• Litigation-related provisions and disclosures
• Valuation & Goodwill Assessment : Prepare valuation memos and lead goodwill impairment assessments in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP.
• Policy & Standards : Maintain and update global accounting policies to reflect new standards and evolving business needs.
• Management Reporting : Develop quarterly management presentations, analyzing financial performance and highlighting key business drivers.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with auditors, group finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Please note that this is a contract role.
