Logistics Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements related to logistics and transportation.
• Manage documentation processes such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Resolve issues related to damaged or lost shipments, delayed deliveries, and transportation delays.
• Continuously optimize logistics processes to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
